The question "Does it work in my country?" and "Is my model (X) supported?" are the most common questions asked.
"Does it work in my country?"
The stated product requirements are the same anywhere. Basically, an Internet connection is all you really need, as long as the Target phone has an Internet connection to upload the captured data to the web account, and as long as it can make and receive standard SMS and phone calls to/from the Monitor phone, everything will work in all countries.
"Is my model (X) supported?"
As such, we've made it VERY easy for you to immediately find out exactly what models are officially supported.

You can rest assured that these lists are trustworthy and reliable. If you do not find your model listed on these pages, it simply cannot be supported. (ALL Windows Mobile and Android devices are supported, unless otherwise noted.)
Because this list is the only official reference, to maintain accuracy of information it is not allowed to post this question in the forums. If you post this question, it may be deleted by a moderator at any time.
We want to make sure you receive the best information possible, and that is why we must insist that you check for supported models at Officially Supported Models page only.
It does not matter what network the Target phone is using, as long as its a supported model with a proper Internet connection.

It does not matter in which country your Target phone resides. Spyphone works in all countries, and support all languages.
Spyphone Internet edition the version which send logs to the web account will need to have internet access from a phone we officially support.
Spyphone works on all networks but Call Interception feature (Listening live calls) works on GSM networks only.
Blackberry Target models require a BIS data/email package. The Intercept Call feature of GOLD edition is currently only supported on GSM/GPRS networks, although all other features work equally on both types of networks.

Some Operators offer a "walled garden", which means they do not allow you to make connections to anywhere except their approved sites. If in doubt, please ask your Operator if they allow direct Internet access, and not only to an approved set of services and products.
