The result of the CVC, address, and zip/postal code checks are ones that we pass directly through from your bank. If the zip check has failed, it's because the bank is telling us that the zip code does not match the one it has on file.

If you have recently moved, it may take your bank a while to have the correct zip code on file for them. If you haven't moved recently, you may wish to call your bank and confirm that the information your bank has on file is correct.

You can also check your most recent Credit Cart statement to see the correct zip code/ postcode and address.

Alternatively, you can try to make payment by using 3D Secure option if your card supports 3D secure.
