Even though the installation of SPYERA is the easiest installation among this category of software, even one skipped/misconfigured step of installation may cause you to end up with an installation failure.

Therefore, we always recommend you follow all the instructions in the installation guide to complete the installation. You can double-read the manual before beginning to perform the installation. This gives you more confidence.

Regardless of the device type, if your target device is not officially supported by SPYERA, you will not be able to complete the installation.

You can always find the supported devices here page of SPYERA to make sure that your target device is supported.

Here, we have listed below the most common installation issues that occurred during the installation categorized below.


Platform Independent Issues:

Error Message/Type:
This product is not compatible with this device.

Reason:
You purchased the wrong license type.

Solution:
Contact support and provide information about your target device type (e.g. "my target is a MAC computer running on Catalina")

Error Message/Type:
Activation Failed
The device is already registered with an XXXX:XXXX:XXXX: XXXX license

Reason:
This error message shows up when you move your license to another device or when you update SPYERA on the same device. Probably, you missed a step while uninstalling the previous version or you didn't deactivate the license while moving it to another device.

Also, if you previously activated another license on your target device, you get this error.
In all cases, nothing to be worried about…

Solution:
Please open your account and click deactivate the license before activating it on a new device or entering the license after an update. However, if you are unable to deactivate on your end, our team can help you.

This will be reported to the after-sales department and you’ll be informed once they deactivated your license to fix this error message.


MAC Computers

The license cannot be activated, Keyboard is stuck after the installation.

Reason:
If you didn't install SPYERA while your target device was running in the safe/recovery mode, your keyboard would fail.
If your target device's OS version is not compatible, you would get this error as well.

Solution:

After making sure that your target device is compatible,
Open the installation manual and check the pre-installation steps for one partition/multi-partition MAC device.
All the necessary instructions are given there.


Android Smart Phone/Tablet:

Error Message/Type:
App not installed.
Reason:
Security of the target device is not by-passed.
Solution:
Open the installation guide and find the corresponding steps. "Disable Security Settings".

Error Message/Type:
The installation spinner rolls backward from a specific point to zero.
Reason:
SPYERA’s rooted version has a root-checker algorithm inside and before the installation, it checks if your target device is rooted or not. This root-checking algorithm didn't find a stable root directory on your target device. Installation failed.
Solution:
If you cannot succeed because the installation spinner is rolling back from a specific point, please root your target device again. If you used a fake/unstable rooting tool, this would not be valid for SPYERA’s root-checker. Alternatively, you can install the unrooted version without activating your license to check if it will be complete. If the installation of the non-rooted version of SPYERA completes, then you can be sure that your target device wasn’t properly rooted. You can either continue with the non-rooted version by activating your license on that or uninstall all the versions and retry rooting your target device, and then install the rooted version.

Important Note!!!
Please don’t forget to completely uninstall the incomplete packages before trying a new installation. You can find the necessary instructions in the Help section to uninstall SPYERA.


IOS Smart Phone/Tablet:

Error Message/Type:
Couldn’t find the repository.
Reason:

There are two possible reasons for this error.

1) Your target device’s OS version is not compatible with SPYERA. You can double-check the compatibility page here

2) You didn’t use a stable jailbreaking tool to jailbreak your target device. Some IOS versions cannot be jailbroken and you might have been misguided by web ads.

Solution:
Please check our jailbreaking tools here to make sure that your target device can also be jailbroken.

Error Message/Type:
Verification Error
Reason:

There are two possible reasons for this error.

1) You didn't enter the correct URL.

2) You didn’t use a stable jailbreaking tool to jailbreak your target device. Some IOS versions cannot be jailbroken and you might have been misguided by web ads.

Solution:
Double-check and compare the given URL with the URL you entered.

Make sure that your target device can be jailbroken.
