Installation is made directly to the target device (the device you wish to spy on). You don't install anything on your own device at all.

You must have the target device in your hand for about 5 minutes.

Installation is simple. You simply open a web page on the target device and enter your code to download.

What is jailbreak, and how to do it?

Jailbreaking is a process used on iPhone and iPad devices that allows users to download additional applications, extensions, and unavailable themes through the official Apple-controlled App Store. A jailbroken iPhone & iPad can still use the App Store, iTunes, and other functions, such as making telephone calls.

Jailbreaking will automatically add the " Cydia " application to your iPhone & iPad, which will be used to install SPYERA. The Cydia and SPYERA icons may be hidden at the end of the installation process if desired.

||| Jailbreaking is required on all iPhone and iPad models to install SPYERA.

Jailbreaking tools are FREE and vary depending on iOS and iPhone models. First, you'll need to know the iPhone's iOS version. This information can be found by selecting Settings -> General -> About. The iPhone's iOS can be found next to "Version".

|| Jailbreaking and Unlocking are two very different things. Unlocking is not required either for jailbreaking or for installing SPYERA.

Why did the target device stop sending logs?

Accepted Answer

If you cannot get new logs to your web account for a short time, please do not be alarmed. Sometimes, it is expected to get logs longer than usual. It might be a temporary issue.

If you cannot see new logs for a short time, follow this:

Log in to your web account and look at your dashboard.
In the Device Info area at the top, the Client Status will show "Connected" or "Disconnected"/ "Synced: (e.g., 10 hours ago)."
Under this, it states the last time the device synced to the server.

Assuming the software is still installed, if the client status shows disconnected, you can force a reconnect as easily as clicking the "Click to Connect" button seen here.

| We recommend you to wait at least 24 hours. Most accounts in similar conditions start to upload logs again within 24 hours.

We ask customers to remain patient and routinely check their web data during this time. Once new data has been uploaded to the web account, you can assume the issue has been resolved.

If you cannot see the new logs for longer than 24 hours and there is not a "ReSync" button, or the last connection time is longer than 24 hours, follow the step below:

How to uninstall and deactivate SPYERA?

Uninstallation and deactivation can be done either directly from the target device or remotely in your web account dashboard from the Help menu on the left panel, then navigate to Device Settings > Device Controls.

||| Note that Deactivation will delete all logs in the account.

If you remotely Uninstall first, you can remotely Deactivate after If you remotely Deactivate first, you cannot remotely Uninstall It is possible to Uninstall without Deactivating your account. This would save all data logs in the account until either Deactivated or re-installed later.

If the software is Uninstalled but not Deactivated, it can be reinstalled to the same device later and start capturing again. *You will need to reactivate your License Key again. If using the same License Key, new records will be captured to the same account, and all records will be kept from both periods.

If the software is installed but Deactivated (or not yet Activated), the app can only be Activated or Uninstalled directly from the target device.
