How to enable Screenshots?

This is a powerful SPYERA feature that allows you to get all the activities from specified applications of your target device.

Enabling the App Screenshots is also an alternative way to get logs in a different way when you have any problem with other features for some reasons.

You can temporarily by-pass the missing features and issues by enabling this feature while we work on your technical problems.


If your target device is a computer (MAC OS or Windows)



By default, Screenshots are automatically enabled on computer versions. Yet, if you don't get Screenshots from your target device, you can implement steps below or contact us make it work.


Log in to your account
Click on "Data" dropdown list.
Find the "Screenshots" section
On top right of the panel, you will see the "Schedule" and "Record" buttons.

You can either schedule SPYERA to take Screenshots by choosing "Schedule" or you can immediately get them by clicking "Record".

After you clicked one of those buttons, a pop-up screen that will allow you to set the interval of this action will appear.
Choose the applications or process interval that you want to get screenshots from and click "Submit".


If your target device is a tablet or a smartphone (Rooted Android or IOS)


Log in to your account
Click on "Data" dropdown list.
Find the "App Screenshots" section
On top right of the panel, you will see the "Capture Screenshots" button.
After you clicked that button, a pop-up screen that will show you the selectable applications will appear.
Choose the applications that you want to get screenshots from and click "Submit".

After this configuration, by the next logs, you will get the screenshots.
