Why am I unable to log in to my account?

After a successful payment, customers get two separate accounts.

The first one allows you to manage your payments, subscriptions, and payment methods. This is called the "Billing System."

The second one is for downloading SPYERA, installing, activating, accessing the user manual, and monitoring SPYERA logs. This is called "SPYERA Web account"
