Why I cannot login to my SPYERA account?
We've shared below the possible reasons and solutions for the SPYERA web account login problem for you to consider.
* ERROR 1 - Sorry, these login details are not correct.
You might have changed your login details and forget it.
If you are unsure about your login credentials, you can reset your password and have your username sent to your registered email.
Forget Password?
On the login screen, click "Forget Password?" Enter your username and click the Submit button.
You will get a new password to your registered email address.
Forget Username?
On the login screen, click "Forget Username?" Enter your registered email and click the Submit button.
You will get your username to your registered email address.
Please also check your junk/spam folders if you cannot see your new password in your inbox.
ERROR 2 - Two Factor Authentication
If you enabled 2FA for your account, you must use the Google Authenticator application to synchronize the 2FA code with your SPYERA account.
If 2FA is enabled on your account and you have lost access somehow, you can contact us to remove the 2FA from your account.
* ERROR 3 - Automatically logged out just after successfully logging in.
SPYERA Web Account requires cookies for better performance and functionality.
This error happens because the cookies settings on your web browser are wrong.
Please make sure to enable cookies on your web browser settings. Please check the settings below to allow cookies.
Alternatively, you can try using a different browser. Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Safari are supported browsers.
Internet Explorer is not supported!
SAFARI WEB BROWSER ON MAC
Please click Safari -> Preferences and click Privacy.
In the Privacy section, select Always Allow Cookies

CHROME WEB BROWSER
Select the "Settings" menu item and go to the Privacy section.
Select "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" and click Done.

From your home screen, go to Settings > Safari.
Set Block Cookies to Always Allow.

Or, go to Menu > More > Settings and find "Privacy settings."
