Why am I unable to log in to my account?

After a successful payment, customers get two separate accounts.

The first one allows you to manage your billing system. And the second one is for monitoring the logs of SPYERA.

If you have a login problem with your billing account, please go to the --> CASE 1

CASE 1: Problem With The Billing Account:



ERROR: Incorrect username or password.

You might have changed your login credentials and forgotten them.
If you are not sure about your login details please reset your password by clicking "Lost your password?"

You can reset your login credentials here: https://spyera.com/billing-system/lost-password/

You will get a new password to your registered email address.
Please also check your junk/spam folders if you cannot see your new password in your inbox.

You need to know your registered email to reset your password.
If you get an error saying "Invalid email" during the password reset it means you also forget your registered email.
In this case, you need to contact us and provide the detail below to reset all your login credentials.

- Your full name
- Your Activation Code/License Key

CASE 2: Problem With SPYERA Account:



We have listed below the possible reasons and solutions for login problem on SPYERA web account.

ERROR 1 - Sorry, these login details are not correct.

You might have changed your login credentials and forgotten them.
If you are not sure about your login details please reset your password by clicking "forgot password" under "Login" button.
You will get a new password to your registered email address.
Please also check your junk/spam folders if you cannot see your new password in your inbox.

You need to know your username to reset your password. If you get an error "Invalid Username" during the password reset, it means that you also forgot your username. In this case, you need to contact us and provide the details below to reset all your login credentials.

- The Email address that you used during the order
- Your Activation Code/License Key

ERROR 2 - Website is not secure/Website cannot provide a secure connection.

Clear browser cache/history

Switch between the networks,

Reboot the device

Didn't Work? Just try another browser

ERROR 3 - Automatically logged out just after successful logging in.

SPYERA Web Account require the use of cookies for better performance and functionality.
This error happening because cookies settings are wrong on the web browser you are using.
You must enable cookies on your web browser settings. You need to check the settings below for enabling cookies.

Alternatively, you can try to use a different browser. Supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Safari.

Internet Explorer is not supported!

ERROR 4 - 2 Factor Authentication

It is required to use Google Authenticator application to synchronize 2FA code with your SPYERA account.

If 2FA is enabled on your account and you have lost access somehow, you can contact us to remove the 2FA from your account.

ERROR 5 - Cross-Site Tracking Error.
SPYERA Web Account require the use of cookies for better performance and functionality.

This error happening because cookies settings are wrong on the web browser you are using.
You must enable cookies on your web browser settings. You need to check the settings below for enabling cookies.

Alternatively, you can try to use a different browser. Supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Safari.

How to Enable Cookies?



SAFARI WEB BROWSER ON MAC
Please click Safari -> Preferences and click Privacy.
In the Privacy section select Always Allow Cookies

CHROME WEB BROWSER
Select the "Settings" menu item and go to the Privacy section.
Select "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" and click Done.

From your home screen, go to Settings > Safari.
Set Block Cookies to Always Allow.

ANDROID WEB BROWSER
Open the Browser. Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy & security.
Or, go to Menu > More > Settings and find "Privacy settings."
Make sure Accept Cookies is checked or switched On.

After all these configurations, please clear the browser history and try again to log in.
