Why am I unable to log in to my account?
After a successful payment, customers get two separate accounts.
The first one allows you to manage your billing system. And the second one is for monitoring the logs of SPYERA.

ERROR: Incorrect username or password.
You might have changed your login credentials and forgotten them.
If you are not sure about your login details please reset your password by clicking "Lost your password?"
You can reset your login credentials here: https://spyera.com/billing-system/lost-password/
You will get a new password to your registered email address.
Please also check your junk/spam folders if you cannot see your new password in your inbox.
You need to know your registered email to reset your password.
If you get an error saying "Invalid email" during the password reset it means you also forget your registered email.
In this case, you need to contact us and provide the detail below to reset all your login credentials.
- Your full name
- Your Activation Code/License Key

ERROR 1 - Sorry, these login details are not correct.
You might have changed your login credentials and forgotten them.
If you are not sure about your login details please reset your password by clicking "forgot password" under "Login" button.
You will get a new password to your registered email address.

ERROR 4 - 2 Factor Authentication
It is required to use Google Authenticator application to synchronize 2FA code with your SPYERA account.
If 2FA is enabled on your account and you have lost access somehow, you can contact us to remove the 2FA from your account.
ERROR 5 - Cross-Site Tracking Error.
SPYERA Web Account require the use of cookies for better performance and functionality.
This error happening because cookies settings are wrong on the web browser you are using.
You must enable cookies on your web browser settings. You need to check the settings below for enabling cookies.
Alternatively, you can try to use a different browser. Supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Safari.

Please click Safari -> Preferences and click Privacy.
In the Privacy section select Always Allow Cookies

Select "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" and click Done.

Set Block Cookies to Always Allow.
