How can I play recorded calls and ambient files?
SPYERA allows you to record calls from the target device as well as perform ambient recordings.
All of your recording files can be downloaded from your web account to your computer for later listening.
To download the recording files to your desktop or mobile device log in to your web account.
Listening Recorded Ambient Files
For ambient recordings, click Data > Ambient and then click the Download button next to the recording you wish to download.
Listening Recorded Phone Call
For recorded calls, click Data > Call Recording and then click the Download button next to the recording you wish to download.
Having Problem With Playing Downloaded Files?
If you have downloaded call recording or ambient recording files and the recorded files don't play then, on a desktop or mobile device, install VLC Player.
We recommend you use VLC player.
The VLC player is free software that can play almost all audio files.
You can download from this link: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
Right click on the downloaded record file
Rename it
Replace the ".amr" extension with ".mp3"
Then you will be able to play the file

Right click on the downloaded record file
